These charges include all the studio package listed equipment ,  plus my services on location for a 10 hour working day   ( includes set-up & wrap time ).

Payment Terms: Net - strictly 30 days from date of shoot against my Tax Invoice.
Exception being Special Discount shoots, where the terms are payment up-front on the day of the shoot against my Tax Invoice.
( Payment can be made by cheque or cash on the day of the shoot. Direct debit payments must be made the day before with a receipt provided as evidence of payment. )     *

Tax Invoice has itemised GST with ABN quoted.

Shoots exceeding 10 hours/day attract overtime rates:

  hours 11, 12, 13 & 14 @ $125.00 per hour + GST;   hours 15+ "lights off"! "       *

Shoots extending after midnight attract an extra "loading" of $12.50 per hour + GST (from midnight onwards).

Discounted Long-Term Fees (under "Options" above) only apply for consecutive shooting days (not counting genuine rest days).    *

The first 90 minutes of travel per day is free ( i.e. 45 minutes there/45 minutes back )  (Start/Finish suburb ~ Ashburton).   Where travel time exceeds 90 minutes (per day - not including the 10 hour work-day) - any excess time will attract a charge of $100 per hour (+ GST) ( or $1.66 per minute (+ GST ) ).      Interstate and long distance travel negotiable.       *

Tentative / On-hold / Pencilled-in bookings will only be accepted in such a time-frame that if the "holding booking" is not confirmed prior to 5 working days of the date of shoot, the "holding booking" will be deemed to be cancelled ( e.g. only firm bookings will be accepted for shoots within 5 working days of the date of booking and a "holding booking" has a limited life ) .

At the time a booking is made, it must be clearly stated if it is a night-shoot, with the expected wrap-time given. (As regulations require that there must be at least a 10 hour stand-down between shoots, night shoots can attract a premium extra charge, should the following day be a write-off for other bookings) .

Equipment required over and above the equipment listed under the studio package will attract additional charges (i.e. any 3rd party hire charges,  pick-up/return/delivery charges,  plus any other costs incurred).

Shoots cancelled at less than 2 days notice can attract a cancellation fee of 75% of full fee. (Exceptions being where the cancellation has not resulted in my loss of other work,  and  any other reasons considered, by me, as justifying the cancellation...) .

Due to their torturous payment system and their incredible contract requirements,   I will not accept further work from Government Departments (either directly or indirectly) without my terms of "Pay-on-the-day" being applicable.

Due to the payment history of my dealings with the music industry,   I will not accept further work relating to Music Clips (either directly or indirectly) without my terms of "Pay-on-the-day" being applicable.
